How are the garage cabinets shipped?
Most of our cabinet systems are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on pallets to ensure they arrive safely. Smaller accessories may be shipped via standard ground carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Are the cabinets delivered pre-assembled or flat-packed?
We offer both options. Many of our premium lines come fully welded and pre-assembled for immediate installation, while our DIY-friendly modular lines are flat-packed with detailed instructions to save on shipping costs.
What is your return policy for heavy equipment?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we are a retail store and do not provide direct installation, our products are designed for straightforward DIY setup. We can also provide recommendations for local contractors familiar with our cabinet systems.
What materials are used in your cabinet construction?
Our cabinets are primarily constructed from heavy-duty 18-gauge to 24-gauge steel with powder-coated finishes to resist rust, chemicals, and scratches in a garage environment.
Do the cabinets come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the brand and model, coverage ranges from a 1-year limited warranty to a lifetime limited warranty on structural components.
